Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and 7ppp.

You must be at least 21 years old to use 7ppp's services. We strictly prohibit registration by minors. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, that account may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
2.2 Account Registration Rules
Each person may open only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, 7ppp reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit all balances. At the time of registration, you must ensure the following:
- All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
- The mobile number and payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used are entirely your own.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
7ppp may at any time request a National ID card (NID), birth registration certificate, or other valid documents to verify a user's identity. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be temporarily closed. This is part of our security and fraud prevention measures.

3.2 Withdrawal Process
Before processing a withdrawal request, 7ppp confirms whether any active bonus wagering requirements on the relevant account have been met. Withdrawals will remain on hold if wagering requirements are incomplete. The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same. Withdrawals to a payment account belonging to another person are not permitted.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
7ppp reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where suspicious financial activity is detected, such as money laundering or fraudulent deposits or withdrawals. In such cases, relevant information may be handed over to the appropriate authorities.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive up to a 150% welcome bonus of ৳20,000 on their first deposit. This bonus comes with a 20x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawal.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering on an existing bonus is complete.
- Bets placed with a bonus are only valid on specific games as per the bonus terms; bonus bets may not be accepted on all games.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
- 7ppp reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotional offer at any time.
4.3 VIP Program and Weekly Cashback
7ppp's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades depend on a user's activity and contribution on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may have its own wagering requirements.
Section 5 — Platform Usage Restrictions
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ppp platform:
- Operating an account for minors or helping them use the platform.
- Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial transactions.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems, games, or software.
- Fraudulent conduct against other users.
- Operating an account using false identity or documents.
5.2 Account Closure and Bans
If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, 7ppp reserves the right to permanently close the user's account without prior notice. In such circumstances, any balance, bonus, or winnings in the account may be forfeited. There is no guarantee that a closed account will be reopened.
5.3 Technical Issues and System Errors
If a bet is cancelled or a user's session is disrupted due to server downtime, network outages, or game software errors, 7ppp will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, 7ppp reserves the right to subsequently correct any incorrect payouts caused by technical reasons.
Section 6 — Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Collection of Personal Information
7ppp collects the name, mobile number, payment information, and usage pattern data provided at registration. 8.3 Third-Party Game Providers
The 7ppp platform uses software from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other game providers. These providers have their own rules and fair play policies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
